2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to customers within the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
3. What are your shipping rates and how long will it take to receive my order?
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over AED 200.
- Flat Rate Shipping: AED 15.00 for orders under AED 200.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3 – 5 business days within the UAE.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Simply click on the link to monitor the delivery status.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bigfuturetoys.shop. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
6. What is your return policy?

7. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at support@bigfuturetoys.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return, and our customer support team will guide you through the process.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds on returns that meet our return policy conditions. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
9. What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
10. Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.
