We currently offer shipping to customers within the United Arab Emirates.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over AED 200.00.
- Flat Rate Shipping: AED 15.00 applies to all orders under AED 200.00.
- No Hidden Fees: We believe in full transparency, which means no additional handling or processing fees. Any applicable taxes or charges will be calculated during checkout.
2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
We process and dispatch orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (UAE Time)
- Handling Time: 1 Business Day
- Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UAE Time) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once your order is dispatched, we partner with trusted delivery services to ensure swift and secure delivery. The estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 6 Business Days

5. Address Accuracy & Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.
- Correct Address: Big Future Toys is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care to package your products securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following details:
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- Photos of the shipping label.
Our support team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
